"It’s no accident, I think, that tennis uses the language of life. Advantage, service, fault, break, love, the basic elements of tennis are those of everyday existence, because every match is a life in miniature. Even the structure of tennis, the way the pieces fit inside one another like Russian nesting dolls, mimics the structure of our days. Points become games become sets become tournaments, and it’s all so tightly connected that any point can become the turning point. It reminds me of the way seconds become minutes become hours, and any hour can be our finest. Or darkest. It’s our choice…” - Andre Agassi
URL meaning, in chemistry redox reactions involve reduction and oxidation of a substance. Reduction is gain of electrons/loss of oxygen/gain of hydrogen. Oxidation is loss of electrons/gain of oxygen/loss of hydrogen. So a little out of the chemistry view, and more to everyday life: I relate oxidation, to those highs in life - gain of oxygen, breath of fresh air and reduction as those down’s i guess.
Minor details, I like to observe every detail, surroundings, movements and sounds; it’s amazing how much you learn about people from all their little habits that tend to go unnoticed. People will probably tell you i’m not the most talkative, very very few have seen otherwise.
